Interestingly, Paul began this letter intended to raise hope within Titus by talking about leadership. Paul realized that good leadership aids us in living with hope, while poor leadership undermines hope. How has yoru hope been boosted by good leadership and diminished by poor leadership? Through this section Paul talks about various characteristics of hopeful leadership. We may or may not agree with Paul's list, but it is critical for each of us to consider what leadership characteristics work to build hope and what characteristics undermine hope.
