"Clouds With No Silver Lining"

Do you think we live in a time when the "clouds have no silver lining"? That is an interesting image to reflect on, isn't it? At the beginning of chapter 2 the author paints a bleak picture of that moment in time. But then our passage for the day takes a turn. The prophet wrote: "But there's also this, it's not too late--God's personal Message!--'Come back to me and really mean it! Come fasting and weeping, sorry for your sins! Change your life, not just your clothes.'" How might repentance be a critical component of healing for our time?
